A dermatologist’s take
Eh.
This treats no acne. "Purifying" is a marketing word and there is no salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide in it — but it sits in an acne line, which is how people expect more. It also has a sulfate and fragrance, which the cheaper Toleriane Purifying leaves out.

Good fitOily skin makes more sebum than the surface can hold, and water alone will not lift grease. Detergents surround the oil and let it rinse away; the sulfate here is a strong one.
