Letybo

A neurotoxin injection at the forehead. Several small injections are placed across the muscle rather than one large one in the middle.
Both are botulinum toxin injections for the frown lines between the eyebrows. Letybo is the newer option in the US. Dysport has been sold here since 2009 and also treats some medical conditions. The two have never been tested against each other, and their unit counts do not convert between brands.

A neurotoxin injection between the brows. Only a small volume goes in at each point, and the effect builds over the following days rather than immediately.

Letybo
Letybo is new in the United States, not new in the world. It has been used in South Korea and other markets for years. Its US approval rested on three trials in more than 1,200 people.
Letybo
Letybo is made by Hugel, a Korean company. It was approved in the US in 2024 and launched here in 2025. It holds no medical approvals in the US.
Both products are approved in the US for one cosmetic use: the glabellar (frown) lines between the eyebrows. Neither is approved here for forehead lines or crow's feet. Dysport's cosmetic approval is written for adults under 65.
Dysport
Dysport also holds two medical approvals: cervical dystonia, a condition that pulls the neck muscles out of position, and spasticity, a stiffening of muscles.
The labelled cosmetic dose for frown lines is 20 units of Letybo and 50 units of Dysport, each given as several small injections across the same area. Both labels state that their units cannot be converted into another brand's units, so the two figures are not comparable.
